Yes, we will only call the recipient if our rider can't find him/her and we don't disclose that the delivery are flowers to keep it as a surprise.
You can do so by including your special instructions on the delivery notes section during check-out while ordering through our website.
As we do our deliveries by batches, we can't deliver at a specific time, however, we can deliver it at the time range stated on your order.
Upon ordering, you can just input the recipient's Instagram username as the First Name, input X in all required fields, put 0000 as the postal code and then proceed to check-out. Afterwards, our Customer Service team will contact the recipient without mentioning your name and we will arrange the delivery of your order.
We cannot customize the message on the cake as it is delivered to us by our supplier with a standard message.
